INTRODUCCI&Oacute;N<\/h3><p>Con el tiempo, se ha desarrollado una percepci&oacute;n de que las personas heterosexuales y cisg&eacute;nero son la &ldquo;norma&rdquo; y todas las dem&aacute;s formas diferentes se perciben como &ldquo;diferentes&rdquo;. Las creencias sociales establecidas de la gente, las pol&iacute;ticas y los medios de comunicaci&oacute;n est&aacute;n confirmando esta forma de entenderlo. Al mismo tiempo, las diferencias se han vuelto m&aacute;s visibles en la sociedad y las &ldquo;normas&rdquo; ya no reflejan (o nunca) la realidad &ndash; la diversidad de identidades y autodefiniciones de las personas es visible en todas partes a nuestro alrededor.<\/p><h3>2.3.2. DESARROLLO DEL TEMA<\/h3><h4><strong>2.3.2.1. Cisnormatividad<\/strong><\/h4><p>La palabra cisnormatividad se utiliz&oacute; por primera vez en la d&eacute;cada de 2000. Es una combinaci&oacute;n del prefijo <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Cis&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Latin prefix meaning &amp;quot;on the same side as&rdquo; and is therefore an antonym of &amp;quot;trans-&amp;quot;.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/cis\/\"  target=\"_blank\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>cis<\/a>-, como en cisg&eacute;nero, y el sufijo -normatividad, como complemento de la heteronormatividad. El t&eacute;rmino cisnormatividad se desarroll&oacute; para describir las suposiciones y expectativas socioculturales de que todas las personas son cisexuales o cisg&eacute;nero (Bauer et al., 2009). Aunque la cisnormatividad rara vez es deliberada, a menudo se la percibe como da&ntilde;ina y ofensiva para la comunidad trans*.<\/p><p>La cisnormatividad puede entenderse como el sistema de creencias que sustenta la <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Transfobia&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es el miedo, el odio, la incredulidad o la desconfianza de las personas transg&eacute;nero, que se cree que son transg&eacute;nero o cuya expresi&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero no se ajusta a los roles de g&eacute;nero tradicionales.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/transphobia\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">transfobia<\/a>, que se describe como el &ldquo;miedo u odio irracional hacia las personas trans&rdquo; (Israel y Tarver, 1997).<\/p><h4><strong>2.3.2.2. Transnegatividad y Transfobia<\/strong><\/h4><p><a id=\"post-6478-_Hlk119147697\"><\/a><strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Transnegatividad&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es una variedad de comportamientos, mandatos cognitivos basados en creencias y reacciones afectivas negativas relacionadas con las personas trans&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/transnegativity\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Transnegatividad<\/a><\/strong> es una variedad de comportamientos, mandatos cognitivos basados en creencias y reacciones afectivas negativas relacionadas con las personas trans. El t&eacute;rmino <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Transnegatividad&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es una variedad de comportamientos, mandatos cognitivos basados en creencias y reacciones afectivas negativas relacionadas con las personas trans&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/transnegativity\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">transnegatividad<\/a> podr&iacute;a definirse como &ldquo;cualquier actitud sesgada, acci&oacute;n conductual discriminatoria o victimizadora, abierta o encubierta, dirigida hacia un individuo porque es, o se cree que es, trans&rdquo; (McDermott et al., 2018).<\/p><p>La<strong> <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Transfobia&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es el miedo, el odio, la incredulidad o la desconfianza de las personas transg&eacute;nero, que se cree que son transg&eacute;nero o cuya expresi&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero no se ajusta a los roles de g&eacute;nero tradicionales.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/transphobia\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">transfobia<\/a><\/strong> es el miedo, el odio, la incredulidad o la desconfianza hacia las personas transg&eacute;nero, que se piensa que son transg&eacute;nero o cuya expresi&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero no se ajusta a los roles de g&eacute;nero tradicionales (Chrisler y McCreary, 2010). Se puede expresar de muchas formas, como actitudes negativas, aversi&oacute;n y prejuicio contra las personas transg&eacute;nero, miedo irracional y malentendidos, lenguaje despectivo e insultos, intimidaci&oacute;n, <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Violencia&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es una grave violaci&oacute;n de los derechos humanos, que limita el derecho de las personas a la vida, la libertad, la seguridad, la dignidad, la integridad mental y f&iacute;sica, y la no discriminaci&oacute;n&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/violence\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">violencia<\/a>, etc. (Egale, 2019).<\/p><p>Adem&aacute;s del t&eacute;rmino utilizado durante mucho tiempo &ldquo;<a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Transfobia&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es el miedo, el odio, la incredulidad o la desconfianza de las personas transg&eacute;nero, que se cree que son transg&eacute;nero o cuya expresi&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero no se ajusta a los roles de g&eacute;nero tradicionales.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/transphobia\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">transfobia<\/a>&rdquo;, hay un t&eacute;rmino recientemente introducido &ldquo;<strong>cissexismo<\/strong>&rdquo;. Puede entenderse como una forma de opresi&oacute;n y discriminaci&oacute;n por parte de quienes temen, no creen o les desagradan las personas que no se ajustan al g&eacute;nero (Zambon, 2021). La revista m&eacute;dica Medical News Today describe que es probable que las personas que experimentan cissexismo sufran depresi&oacute;n, ansiedad, estr&eacute;s postraum&aacute;tico y angustia psicol&oacute;gica general. Tambi&eacute;n puede afectar la salud f&iacute;sica de m&uacute;ltiples maneras al tener un peor acceso a la atenci&oacute;n m&eacute;dica, experimentar <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Violencia&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es una grave violaci&oacute;n de los derechos humanos, que limita el derecho de las personas a la vida, la libertad, la seguridad, la dignidad, la integridad mental y f&iacute;sica, y la no discriminaci&oacute;n&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/violence\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">violencia<\/a> y abuso y otros efectos directos en la salud, como presi&oacute;n arterial alta, derrames cerebrales, diabetes, etc.<\/p><h4><strong>2.3.2.3. Injusticia Educativa<\/strong><\/h4><p>Se sabe que los ni&ntilde;os y j&oacute;venes transg&eacute;nero se enfrentan a una amplia gama de barreras, dificultades e injusticias en la escuela. En relaci&oacute;n con los entornos escolares, las personas suelen suponer una norma cisg&eacute;nero estable &ndash; la suposici&oacute;n normalizada de que todos se identifican con el g&eacute;nero que se les asign&oacute; al nacer; y que esa identidad de g&eacute;nero se estableci&oacute; al nacer y no cambia (Simmons y White, 2014). Los estudiantes cisg&eacute;nero son privilegiados por la cisnormatividad institucionalizada de las escuelas y las diferentes expresiones de g&eacute;nero tienden a no ser bienvenidas (Miller, 2016).<\/p><p>Las pol&iacute;ticas escolares refuerzan el no reconocimiento y la no representaci&oacute;n que invalidan las identidades trans y, en el peor de los casos, permiten la intimidaci&oacute;n y el acoso f&iacute;sico y los prejuicios de los docentes que afectan la educaci&oacute;n y la vida de los j&oacute;venes trans (Mcbride et al., 2020). Los estudios muestran que las desigualdades educativas, las injusticias derivadas de la identidad de los estudiantes trans* afectan su salud emocional y psicol&oacute;gica y su capacidad para participar en la educaci&oacute;n (Meyer et al., 2016).<\/p><p>En realidad, con demasiada frecuencia se deja que los j&oacute;venes trans hablen sobre su propia inclusi&oacute;n y aceptaci&oacute;n en escuelas que est&aacute;n mal preparadas y no est&aacute;n equipadas para recibir a los estudiantes trans (Ullman, 2016). En otros casos, los padres y cuidadores a menudo asumen un papel importante en la defensa de la inclusi&oacute;n escolar, pero con demasiada frecuencia depende de si la familia los apoya o no (Neary, 2019).<\/p><p>Todos los ni&ntilde;os peque&ntilde;os merecen sentirse vistos y escuchados como su yo aut&eacute;ntico y estar bajo el cuidado de adultos receptivos que se comprometan a ayudarlos a tener un fuerte sentido de seguridad, visibilidad y pertenencia en las lases. Esto requiere que los ni&ntilde;os y j&oacute;venes trans sean dirigidos y bienvenidos a entornos que comuniquen y refuercen los mensajes positivos y afirmativos de qui&eacute;nes son y el conocimiento de la diversidad de g&eacute;nero (Steele y Nicholson, 2020).<\/p><h4><strong>2.3.2.4. El impacto de la juventud<\/strong><\/h4><p>Debido a la cisnormatividad, a veces a las personas les cuesta entender que hay m&aacute;s identidades de g&eacute;nero y autoexpresiones que forman parte de la diversidad de la sociedad. El hecho de que exista dicha diversidad no es una fase o una moda que se pueda curar, no tiene por qu&eacute; dividir a la sociedad o dar un mal ejemplo a los ni&ntilde;os. Si se piensa de ese modo se pueden crear malentendidos que generen miedo o incluso enfado hacia la comunidad trans.<\/p><p>Una percepci&oacute;n err&oacute;nea de g&eacute;nero puede causar dificultades e inseguridad en los adolescentes para definir su identidad. Estos factores negativos externos pueden derivar en conductas de riesgo, estr&eacute;s, depresi&oacute;n o suicidio. Por lo tanto, es sumamente importante que todos los j&oacute;venes reciban informaci&oacute;n sobre g&eacute;nero.<\/p><p>Para un ni&ntilde;o\/a que no es heterosexual ni cisg&eacute;nero, un entorno en el que no se siente representado\/a o en el que se siente odiado\/a puede tener efectos destructivos. Los ambientes negativos pueden tener efecto en su salud mental, aprendizaje, autoestima y sentido de auto-val&iacute;a. Est&aacute;n creciendo en entornos donde los ni&ntilde;os y las ni&ntilde;as son segregados para deportes, donde se les ense&ntilde;a que todo lo que no sea una familia con una madre y un padre no existe o est&aacute; &ldquo;mal&rdquo;. Al cambiar la perspectiva y ver a las personas como seres humanos diversos, los profesionales de la educaci&oacute;n y tambi&eacute;n todos los adultos pueden influir positivamente en c&oacute;mo un ni&ntilde;o\/a entiende el mundo e interact&uacute;a con quienes lo rodean.
