Por lo tanto, es importante crear un espacio seguro y un entorno inclusivo para todos.<\/li><li>La escuela desempe&ntilde;a un papel valioso en la creaci&oacute;n de un entorno seguro para la educaci&oacute;n de todos los estudiantes.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a781e90 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a781e90\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>1.2.1. INTRODUCCI&Oacute;N<\/h3><p>La educaci&oacute;n sexual formal en general llega a los ni&ntilde;os demasiado tarde y de manera insuficiente. Los maestros a menudo no est&aacute;n capacitados para impartir una educaci&oacute;n sexual respetuosa e inclusiva. En la mayor&iacute;a de los casos, ellos mismos no hab&iacute;an pasado por ninguna educaci&oacute;n sexual. El apoyo y la formaci&oacute;n que suelen recibir los educadores sexuales se centra en una perspectiva &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;cisheteronormativa y a menudo no incluye la diversidad en t&eacute;rminos de <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Sexualidad&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es un t&eacute;rmino aplicado a c&oacute;mo las personas experimentan y se expresan como seres sexuales&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/sexuality\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">sexualidad<\/a> <\/strong>e identidades de g&eacute;nero. Por lo tanto, existe la necesidad de herramientas inclusivas y programas de capacitaci&oacute;n.<\/p><p>Al echar un vistazo cr&iacute;tico a la educaci&oacute;n sexual disponible y a la prevenci&oacute;n de la <strong>homofobia, la <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Transfobia&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es el miedo, el odio, la incredulidad o la desconfianza de las personas transg&eacute;nero, que se cree que son transg&eacute;nero o cuya expresi&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero no se ajusta a los roles de g&eacute;nero tradicionales.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/transphobia\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">transfobia<\/a><\/strong> y otros tipos de <strong>discriminaci&oacute;n<\/strong>, hay algunas evidencias que podr&iacute;an ayudarnos a entender mejor la situaci&oacute;n y el statu quo:<\/p><ul><li>Los maestros no est&aacute;n suficientemente formados sobre temas<strong> <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Los orientadores escolares y los psic&oacute;logos a menudo carecen de tiempo o recursos para introducir estos temas en la educaci&oacute;n.<\/li><li>Algunos curr&iacute;culos escolares optan por priorizar otras materias m&aacute;s que la educaci&oacute;n para prevenir la discriminaci&oacute;n.<\/li><li>Por diversos motivos, como razones culturales o religiosas, algunos progenitores no quieren que sus hijos o incluso otros reciban educaci&oacute;n sexual en las escuelas.<\/li><li>Los adultos pueden sentirse avergonzados de hablar sobre sexo ellos mismos, pueden sentirse inseguros o no preparados para ense&ntilde;ar sobre temas como el consentimiento, la identidad de g&eacute;nero y la diversidad sexual, ya que reciben poca o ninguna capacitaci&oacute;n sobre estos temas y suelen disponer de muy poca o ninguna informaci&oacute;n actualizada al respecto.<\/li><li>Las escuelas pueden preferir invitar a profesores externos para tratar temas relacionados con la discriminaci&oacute;n, pero es posible que no est&eacute;n seguros de c&oacute;mo verificar su calidad para asegurar que sean verdaderamente conocedores del tema.<\/li><li>En algunos contextos, puede que no haya documentos metodol&oacute;gicos oficiales que incluyan la prevenci&oacute;n de la discriminaci&oacute;n en lo que respecta a la diversidad de g&eacute;nero, sexo y relaciones.<\/li><li>Excluir la experiencia <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a> del curr&iacute;culo educativo no muestra una actitud neutral hacia los temas <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a>, pues valida los estereotipos cisheteronormativos, lo que conduce a un aumento del estr&eacute;s de las minor&iacute;as hacia los j&oacute;venes <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Cuando note signos de homo-\/bi-\/trans- negatividad (&ldquo;-fobia&rdquo;) entre los estudiantes, debe tratarlos como cualquier otra forma de prejuicio o actitud que conlleva un riesgo de exclusi&oacute;n (por ejemplo, el racismo). Debe ponerse en contacto con el departamento de orientaci&oacute;n escolar para que, si lo consideran oportuno, desarrollen un plan individual para trabajar con el estudiante. Nunca deje que los comentarios o ataques homonegativos o transnegativos pasen desapercibidos. Lo primero que puede hacer cuando note algo inapropiado es explicar que tales comentarios no deben decirse en la escuela, porque la escuela es un lugar para todos sin distinci&oacute;n. Tambi&eacute;n puede decir que personalmente encuentra tales actos inapropiados y que no le gusta verlos en el aula. Si puede, discuta m&aacute;s tarde (cuando tal vez haya un poco menos de emociones involucradas) con los estudiantes por qu&eacute; dicen tales cosas y qu&eacute; significan.<\/p><p>Puede comenzar abordando el lenguaje homo\/bi\/trans negativo tanto entre profesores como entre estudiantes:<\/p><ul><li>&ldquo;Eso es tan gay&rdquo;, &ldquo;maric&oacute;n&rdquo;.<\/li><li>&ldquo;Las personas bisexuales no se deciden entre un sexo u otro&rdquo;.<\/li><li>Referirse a la persona trans como &ldquo;transexual&rdquo;, o afirmar que no es &ldquo;una chica o un chico de verdad&rdquo;.<\/li><li>Confundir el g&eacute;nero deliberadamente con personas trans o no binarias.<\/li><\/ul><p>Adem&aacute;s, como se mencion&oacute; anteriormente, puede incluir en el plan de estudios informaci&oacute;n sobre personas <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a>. En caso de que no exista, puede tratar de influir en la pol&iacute;tica de su escuela para incluir informaci&oacute;n sobre dicha tem&aacute;tica, lo que contribuir&aacute; a generar conciencia. Se pueden encontrar m&aacute;s consejos &uacute;tiles en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stonewall.org.uk\/system\/files\/10_steps_to_tackling_hbt_language-march2022_-_final_edited.pdf\">el Manual de Stonewall<\/a>&nbsp;(en ingl&eacute;s).<\/p><h3>1.2.2. DESARROLLO DEL TEMA<\/h3><h4><strong>1.2.2.1. La cisheteronormatividad es perjudicial para todas las personas<\/strong><\/h4><p><strong>La cisheteronormatividad<\/strong> se refiere a un sistema normativo dentro del cual la heterosexualidad y\/o la identidad cisg&eacute;nero (la condici&oacute;n bajo la cual el g&eacute;nero asignado al nacer es consistente con la autoidentificaci&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero de esa persona) son consideradas por la sociedad como los &uacute;nicos resultados normales de la adolescencia, la socializaci&oacute;n y el desarrollo de las relaciones de vida, y por lo tanto son autom&aacute;ticamente asumidas\/esperadas por todos (Pito&#328;&aacute;k, 2017). Como resultado de la cisheteronormatividad, la gama de otras formas diversas de <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Sexualidad&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Es un t&eacute;rmino aplicado a c&oacute;mo las personas experimentan y se expresan como seres sexuales&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/sexuality\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">sexualidad<\/a> e identidades de g&eacute;nero tienen un valor desigual. De esta manera, la cisheteronormatividad determina la estigmatizaci&oacute;n, discriminaci&oacute;n y exclusi&oacute;n de las personas <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a>.<\/p><p>En consecuencia, crecer en una sociedad que asume autom&aacute;ticamente que todos sus miembros son <strong>cisg&eacute;nero <\/strong>y <strong>heterosexuales <\/strong>puede ser dif&iacute;cil para los j&oacute;venes <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a>, pero es importante tener en cuenta que esta mentalidad est&aacute; afectando a todos, no solo a las personas <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a>. Tambi&eacute;n es importante mencionar que la heteronormatividad no es equivalente a la heterosexualidad. La representaci&oacute;n de los medios de comunicaci&oacute;n y las normas culturales refuerzan estas expectativas a diario a trav&eacute;s de la representaci&oacute;n y perpetuaci&oacute;n de estereotipos y comportamientos cisheteronormativos, im&aacute;genes y mensajes subliminales. Este entorno puede suscitar sentimientos inc&oacute;modos de verg&uuml;enza e inadecuaci&oacute;n para las personas que no se identifican con &eacute;l o no encajan en esa categor&iacute;a. SITUATIONS OF DISCRIMINATION RELATED TO THE TOPIC &ndash; <i class=\"fa-light fas fa-balance-scale-left\"><\/i><\/h3><p>Lack of acceptance and affirmation from the site of school stuff and ignorance or undervaluing of the intentions and motivations of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LGBTQ+&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transg&eacute;nero, &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;queer&amp;lt;\/em&amp;gt; y otros&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LGBTQ+<\/a> students may have serious consequences especially for trans students. Example of this situation may be a circumstance in which a trans student reaches out to their teacher or other school staff (e.g., school psychologist) and inform them about their self-identification and pronouns, The school does not acknowledge them and rather continues misgendering the student, through following their parents&rsquo; wishes rather than their own. This environment fosters <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Discrimination&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;It can be defined as the unequal unfavourable treatment of a subject or group as a result of prejudice. Teachers and parents should avoid conflating the topics.<\/p><p>All students would benefit from learning about safer <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Sex&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;It refers to the medical aspects concerning masculinity and femininity.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/sex\/\"  target=\"_blank\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>sex<\/a> practices that go beyond the Cisheteronormative information or condom use. Teachers or other school staff should for example offer information about topics such as anal hygiene or the use of <strong>PrEP<\/strong> (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis: medicine people at risk for HIV can take to prevent the transmission), or <strong>PEP <\/strong>(Post-Exposure Prophylaxis: medicine that may be used to prevent HIV infection within 72 hours after exposure) when asked about and avoid stigmatizing these practices.<\/p><p>Parents tend to ask their children about their potential partners: &ldquo;Hey, son, when will you finally find a girlfriend?&rdquo; We should not assume that everyone 1) is <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Cisgender&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;A person whose gender identity is aligned with the sex they were assigned at birth, describes people who are not transgender.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/learn.gamingee.eu\/es\/glossary\/cisgender\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">cisgender<\/a> and heterosexual or 2) want to be a relationship at all.
