Dosp&#283;l&iacute; sice mohou m&iacute;t dojem, &#382;e d&iacute;ky sv&eacute;mu v&#283;ku a &#382;ivotn&iacute;m zku&scaron;enostem rozum&iacute; sv&#283;tu l&eacute;pe, ale ve skute&#269;nosti ho ch&aacute;pou jen jinak ne&#382; d&#283;ti a dosp&iacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute;.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&#283;ti maj&iacute; jin&eacute; vn&iacute;m&aacute;n&iacute; sv&#283;ta a mohou m&iacute;t jin&yacute; soubor hodnot ne&#382; dosp&#283;l&iacute;, a proto mohou sv&#283;t kolem sebe (a situace, kter&eacute; se v n&#283;m odehr&aacute;vaj&iacute;) vn&iacute;mat jinak. To neznamen&aacute;, &#382;e by jim chyb&#283;lo porozum&#283;n&iacute; nebo &#382;e by jejich vn&iacute;m&aacute;n&iacute; bylo ne&uacute;pln&eacute; &#269;i neplatn&eacute;. Zapojen&iacute; d&#283;t&iacute; do rozhodovac&iacute;ho procesu a naslouch&aacute;n&iacute; jejich pot&#345;eb&aacute;m a emoc&iacute;m je d&#367;le&#382;it&eacute; v ka&#382;d&eacute;m v&#283;ku. <\/span><\/p><h3>5.4.2.<strong> ROZVOJ T&Eacute;MATU<\/strong><\/h3><h4><span style=\"font-size: 20.8px;\">5.4.2<\/span><strong>.1. <b>Co je adultcentrismus?<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p><b>Adultcentrismus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je p&#345;esv&#283;d&#269;en&iacute;, &#382;e dosp&#283;l&yacute; &#269;lov&#283;k je ze sv&eacute; podstaty nad&#345;azen mlad&scaron;&iacute;m lidem, a v&iacute;, jak l&eacute;pe &#345;e&scaron;it situaci, a to v&yacute;hradn&#283; kv&#367;li v&#283;kov&eacute;mu rozd&iacute;lu. Jedn&aacute; se o proces, kter&yacute; zahrnuje systematick&eacute; ignorov&aacute;n&iacute;, utla&#269;ov&aacute;n&iacute; nebo zneva&#382;ov&aacute;n&iacute; lid&iacute;, proto&#382;e jsou mlad&scaron;&iacute; (Psychology Spot, 2021).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P&#345;edpokl&aacute;d&aacute; se, &#382;e d&#283;ti nemohou dos&aacute;hnout dostate&#269;n&#283; vysok&eacute; &uacute;rovn&#283; porozum&#283;n&iacute; nebo vysp&#283;losti, aby mohly rovnocenn&#283; p&#345;isp&#283;t k rozhovoru a\/nebo rozhodov&aacute;n&iacute;. Adultcentrismus je forma egocentrismu transformovan&aacute; do p&#345;edpokladu zalo&#382;en&eacute;ho na v&#283;ku.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#381;it&aacute; realita, rozhodovac&iacute; pravomoci a kontext, ve kter&eacute;m d&#283;ti &#382;ij&iacute;, jsou kv&#367;li tomuto v&#283;kov&eacute;mu rozd&iacute;lu zcela odsunuty stranou. Nen&iacute; c&iacute;lem zpochyb&#328;ovat, &#382;e dosp&#283;l&iacute; maj&iacute; jinou &scaron;k&aacute;lu zku&scaron;enost&iacute; a\/nebo znalost&iacute; a &#382;e d&#283;ti a dosp&iacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute; pot&#345;ebuj&iacute; poradenstv&iacute;. Adultcentrismus m&#367;&#382;e po&scaron;kodit komunikaci mezi dosp&#283;l&yacute;mi a d&#283;tmi, a&#357; u&#382; v rodinn&eacute;m, nebo &scaron;koln&iacute;m kontextu. Vytv&aacute;&#345;&iacute; hierarchii t&iacute;m, &#382;e dosp&#283;l&eacute; stav&iacute; do vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; pozice a automaticky za&#269;&iacute;n&aacute; rozhovor z p&#345;edpokladu, &#382;e maj&iacute; v&iacute;ce zku&scaron;enost&iacute; a znalost&iacute;, a proto jejich slovo bude m&iacute;t v rozhodovac&iacute;m procesu v&#283;t&scaron;&iacute; v&aacute;hu. T&iacute;m se p&#345;en&aacute;&scaron;&iacute; zpr&aacute;va, &#382;e z&uacute;&#269;astn&#283;n&eacute; d&#283;ti s nimi nikdy nedos&aacute;hnou rovnocenn&eacute; &uacute;rovn&#283;.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nav&iacute;c t&iacute;m &#345;&iacute;k&aacute;, &#382;e dosp&#283;l&iacute; budou m&iacute;t v diskuzi s d&#283;tmi v&#382;dy pravdu, a to kv&#367;li v&#283;kov&eacute;mu rozd&iacute;lu a p&#345;edsudk&#367;m, kter&eacute; maj&iacute; kolem &uacute;rovn&#283; porozum&#283;n&iacute; d&#283;t&iacute;.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-size: 20.8px;\">5.4.2<\/span><strong>.2. <b>N&aacute;sledky adultcentrismu<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kdy&#382; d&#283;ti vid&iacute;, &#382;e v rozhovoru s dosp&#283;l&yacute;mi nemaj&iacute; stejnou v&yacute;choz&iacute; pozici, mohou se za&#269;&iacute;t chovat ur&#269;it&yacute;m zp&#367;sobem, aby na dosp&#283;l&eacute; zap&#367;sobily a z&iacute;skaly si v&#283;t&scaron;&iacute; respekt v nad&#283;ji, &#382;e dos&aacute;hnou stavu rovnocennosti. Pokud si v&scaron;imnou, &#382;e a&#357; u&#382; d&#283;laj&iacute; cokoliv, nep&#345;ibli&#382;uje je to k tomuto c&iacute;li, existuje riziko, &#382;e se od spojen&iacute; s dosp&#283;l&yacute;mi pomalu odt&aacute;hnou a za&#269;nou ztr&aacute;cet z&aacute;jem s v&#283;dom&iacute;m, &#382;e a&#357; se stane cokoliv, jejich slovo nebude m&iacute;t stejnou hodnotu jako slovo jejich prot&#283;j&scaron;ku.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud se tento jev vyskytuje &#269;asto a stane se sou&#269;&aacute;st&iacute; stylu v&yacute;uky rodi&#269;&#367; a\/nebo vyu&#269;uj&iacute;c&iacute;ch, m&#367;&#382;e m&iacute;t psychologick&eacute; d&#367;sledky do dosp&#283;l&eacute;ho &#382;ivota d&#283;t&iacute;, kter&eacute; adultcentresismus budou za&#382;&iacute;vat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&#367;sledkem adulcentrismu m&#367;&#382;e b&yacute;t:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><h5><b>V&#283;t&scaron;&iacute; submisivita<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud je d&#283;tem neust&aacute;le d&aacute;v&aacute;no najevo, &#382;e jejich n&aacute;zory, my&scaron;lenky a pot&#345;eby nejsou tak d&#367;le&#382;it&eacute; jako n&aacute;zory, my&scaron;lenky a pot&#345;eby dosp&#283;l&yacute;ch v jejich okol&iacute;, mohou si zvyknout zauj&iacute;mat submisivn&iacute; postoj a nechat na sebe ostatn&iacute; tla&#269;it. To na n&#283; bude m&iacute;t celo&#382;ivotn&iacute; dopad, proto&#382;e tento druh p&#345;&iacute;stupu budou pravd&#283;podobn&#283; nev&#283;domky pou&#382;&iacute;vat i v dal&scaron;&iacute;ch interakc&iacute;ch.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><h5><b>V&#283;t&scaron;&iacute; zranitelnost v&#367;&#269;i &uacute;tlaku<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud jsou jejich pot&#345;eby a pocity neust&aacute;le ignorov&aacute;ny (nebo jsou up&#345;ednost&#328;ov&aacute;ny pot&#345;eby dosp&#283;l&yacute;ch), mohou d&#283;ti vyr&#367;stat a u&#269;it se, &#382;e je v po&#345;&aacute;dku up&#345;ednost&#328;ovat pot&#345;eby n&#283;koho jin&eacute;ho p&#345;ed sv&yacute;mi vlastn&iacute;mi, co&#382; je &#269;in&iacute; zraniteln&#283;j&scaron;&iacute;mi v&#367;&#269;i psychick&eacute;mu t&yacute;r&aacute;n&iacute;. D&#283;ti, kter&eacute; vyr&#367;staj&iacute; v prost&#345;ed&iacute; zam&#283;&#345;en&eacute;m na dosp&#283;l&eacute;, v&scaron;ak mohou skon&#269;it i na opa&#269;n&eacute;m konci. Mohou se tak st&aacute;t sami dosp&#283;l&yacute;mi, kte&#345;&iacute; takov&eacute; chov&aacute;n&iacute; praktikuj&iacute;.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><h5><b>Slab&eacute; sebev&#283;dom&iacute;<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adultcentrismus m&#367;&#382;e u d&#283;t&iacute; vyvol&aacute;vat rostouc&iacute; negativn&iacute; sebepojet&iacute;, co&#382; m&#367;&#382;e v&eacute;st k oslaben&iacute; sebed&#367;v&#283;ry (Psychology Spot, 2021).<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-size: 20.8px;\">5.4.2<\/span><strong>.3. <b>Jak se vyvarovat adultcentrismu<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud se chcete <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adultcentrismu vyvarovat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, zde je n&#283;kolik v&#283;c&iacute;, kter&yacute;m byste mohli v&#283;novat pozornost:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>D&aacute;vejte si pozor na jazyk, kter&yacute; pou&#382;&iacute;v&aacute;te<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M&iacute;sto toho, abyste &#345;&iacute;kali, &#382;e d&#283;ti n&#283;&#269;emu nemohou rozum&#283;t, sna&#382;te se pou&#382;&iacute;vat jazyk, kter&eacute;mu rozum&#283;j&iacute;. Hledejte zp&#367;soby, jak jim situaci vysv&#283;tlit. &Uacute;rovn&#283; porozum&#283;n&iacute; se li&scaron;&iacute; od povrchn&iacute;ch po hlub&scaron;&iacute;, tak&#382;e neexistuje nic jako d&#283;ti, kter&eacute; nerozum&#283;j&iacute;, ale sp&iacute;&scaron;e dosp&#283;l&iacute;, kte&#345;&iacute; nedok&aacute;&#382;ou n&#283;co vysv&#283;tlit.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>D&aacute;vejte si pozor na n&aacute;lepky, kter&eacute; d&aacute;v&aacute;te<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ud&#283;lejte si chvilku &#269;asu a p&#345;iznejte si p&#345;edsudky, kter&eacute; m&#367;&#382;ete m&iacute;t, a n&aacute;lepky, kter&eacute; lidem d&aacute;v&aacute;te (nap&#345;&iacute;klad &#382;e mlad&scaron;&iacute; lid&eacute; maj&iacute; v n&#283;kter&yacute;ch p&#345;edm&#283;tech men&scaron;&iacute; znalosti ne&#382; star&scaron;&iacute;). &Uacute;rove&#328; vysp&#283;losti a porozum&#283;n&iacute; nep&#345;ich&aacute;z&iacute; s v&#283;kem, ale se zku&scaron;enostmi. Zkuste si to p&#345;&iacute;&scaron;t&#283; uv&#283;domit, a&#382; budete mluvit s d&#283;tmi.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reflektujte sv&eacute; vlastn&iacute; chov&aacute;n&iacute;<\/b><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"font-size: 20.8px;\">5.4.2<\/span><strong>.4. <b>D&#283;ti jsou p&#345;&iacute;tomnost, ne budoucnost<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud s d&#283;tmi jedn&aacute;te z pozice moci nebo autority v domn&#283;n&iacute;, &#382;e dosp&#283;l&iacute; mohou p&#345;in&eacute;st v&iacute;ce, tyto d&#283;ti se v ur&#269;it&eacute;m okam&#382;iku p&#345;estanou sna&#382;it p&#345;ed dosp&#283;l&yacute;mi prosadit. To je m&#367;&#382;e tla&#269;it k tomu, aby dosp&#283;l&eacute; vn&iacute;maly jako nep&#345;&iacute;stupn&eacute;.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B&#283;&#382;n&#283; se &#345;&iacute;k&aacute;, &#382;e d&#283;ti jsou budoucnost&iacute; na&scaron;&iacute; planety, ale podle Glob&aacute;ln&iacute;ho fondu pro d&#283;ti nejsou budoucnost&iacute;, ale p&#345;&iacute;tomnost&iacute;. Je d&#367;le&#382;it&eacute; uznat realitu d&#283;t&iacute; a d&aacute;t jim prostor, aby se o tuto realitu pod&#283;lily a nau&#269;ily se ji l&eacute;pe utv&aacute;&#345;et (Global Fund for Children, 2020). Dosp&#283;l&iacute; by mohli d&#283;tem nab&iacute;dnout v&iacute;ce prostoru, aby mohli l&eacute;pe porozum&#283;t hodnot&aacute;m, souvislostem a zp&#367;sobu my&scaron;len&iacute; d&#283;t&iacute; a ml&aacute;de&#382;e. T&iacute;m potvrd&iacute; d&#283;tskou realitu a nau&#269;&iacute; je, &#382;e na jejich slovech z&aacute;le&#382;&iacute; a &#382;e by se za sebe m&#283;ly zasazovat i ve vn&#283;j&scaron;&iacute;m sv&#283;t&#283;.<\/span><\/p><h3><i class=\"fa-light fas fa-balance-scale-right\"><\/i> &ndash; 5.1.3. DISKRIMINA&#268;N&Iacute; SITUACE K T&Eacute;MATU &ndash; <i class=\"fa-light fas fa-balance-scale-left\"><\/i><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otec se poh&aacute;d&aacute; se svou patn&aacute;ctiletou dcerou kv&#367;li osob&#283;, se kterou jeho dcera chod&iacute;. Otec vid&#283;l na dce&#345;in&#283; telefonu zpr&aacute;vu od doty&#269;n&eacute;ho &#269;lov&#283;ka. Proto&#382;e se mu nel&iacute;bilo, co &#269;etl, za&#269;al se s n&iacute; h&aacute;dat a &#345;ekl j&iacute;, &#382;e &#269;lov&#283;k, se kter&yacute;m chod&iacute;, pro ni nen&iacute; dost dobr&yacute;. Uprost&#345;ed vz&aacute;jemn&eacute;ho h&aacute;zen&iacute; rozzloben&yacute;ch pozn&aacute;mek a obhajov&aacute;n&iacute; sv&yacute;ch n&aacute;zor&#367; najednou otec prost&#283; p&#345;estane mluvit, odejde a dceru ignoruje. Vzal si pozn&aacute;mky osobn&#283; a nebral ohled na realitu sv&eacute; dcery, proto&#382;e si myslel, &#382;e je teprve teenager a &#382;e toho nev&iacute; tolik jako on a jeho man&#382;elka. N&#283;kolik dal&scaron;&iacute;ch dn&iacute; se k dce&#345;i chov&aacute; ml&#269;ky, neoslov&iacute; ji jedin&yacute;m slovem a ani se na ni nepod&iacute;v&aacute;. Dcera se domn&iacute;v&aacute;, &#382;e se otci nel&iacute;bila jedna z pozn&aacute;mek, kter&eacute; byly vym&#283;n&#283;ny b&#283;hem vypjat&eacute; diskuze, a sna&#382;&iacute; se s n&iacute;m promluvit, aby rozhovor otec znovu otev&#345;el. Otec dceru nad&aacute;le ignoruje a zachov&aacute;v&aacute; v&#367;&#269;i n&iacute; ml&#269;en&iacute;.
